Before you start: the order
- Open the BNB to BTC pair. BNB is on BNB Smart Chain there.
- Enter the amount and check the BTC estimate; the service fee and the Bitcoin payout fee are already included.
- Paste your Bitcoin address and check it with the address validator.
- Confirm the order and copy the BNB deposit address from the order page. It starts with 0x.
Sending from a Binance account
- Go to Withdraw, choose BNB and paste the 0x deposit address from the order.
- In the network list, select BNB Smart Chain (BEP20). Do not pick opBNB or any other network, even if the address is accepted.
- Binance deducts its withdrawal fee from the amount. Enter the order amount plus the fee, so that the full amount arrives.
- Confirm the withdrawal. Exchanges may hold withdrawals for their own security checks, which adds time before the coins leave.
Sending from Trust Wallet
- Open BNB Smart Chain in the asset list. Trust Wallet usually shows it as BNB with the BNB Smart Chain label.
- Tap Send, paste the deposit address and enter the exact order amount.
- Leave a little BNB on the account for gas; a BSC transfer costs a small fraction of a dollar at normal load.
- Confirm. The transaction appears on BscScan within seconds.
Sending from MetaMask

- Check that the balance shown is BNB on BSC, not ETH on Ethereum.
- Send the order amount to the 0x deposit address. Use Max carefully: MetaMask keeps back only an estimate for gas.
- Confirm and wait for the order page to show the deposit as received.
Timing and what happens next
BNB Smart Chain produces blocks quickly: since the Fermi hard fork in January 2026 the target is 0.45 seconds, according to BNB Chain. The service still waits for its own number of confirmations, which usually takes a minute or two. Then BTC is sent. The Bitcoin side is the slower part: the first confirmation comes with the next block that includes the payout, about 10 minutes on average but variable. Mistakes specific to BNB BSC
- Withdrawing from an exchange on opBNB because the 0x address passed validation.
- Sending WBNB instead of BNB; a deposit address for BNB does not credit a token transfer.
- Sending the entire balance from Trust Wallet or MetaMask and leaving nothing for future gas.
- Copying the deposit address from an older order. Each order has its own address; use the one on the current order page.
