1. How to Submit a Request

All official requests must be sent to: admin@kot.cash

Requests must be on official letterhead, signed, contain case reference and sufficient details (wallet addresses, tx hashes, etc.).

2. Processing Time

Valid requests are usually processed within 5–10 business days.
