What to know about 0x
An old 0x tutorial may describe governance and staking activity that no longer reflects the project’s current position. The official support note says governance is dormant after the 2024 move to Settler contracts and directs legacy staking questions to separate withdrawal guidance. That does not prevent identifying the token held by a wallet, but it does mean a token page should not promise active voting or staking income. The protocol address reference lists zrxToken separately from stakingProxy and zrxVault. For a ZRX exchange, locate the liquid token balance rather than copying one of those infrastructure addresses. A position recorded by an old staking interface needs its own verification before any exchange deposit is prepared.
