What to know about ZKsync
ZK is the governance token of ZKsync, a zero-knowledge rollup on Ethereum built by Matter Labs; it was airdropped in June 2024. The provider handles ZK on ZKsync Era, the EVM-compatible network, where gas is paid in ETH. ZKsync Era supports native account abstraction, so smart-contract wallets are common there. The older ZKsync Lite was a separate, simpler rollup and has been wound down; its balances are not ZKsync Era balances. The confirmation range in the table is unusually wide; the order page shows the exact count that applies to your deposit.
