The payout address decides where your swap result goes, and blockchain transfers cannot be reversed. What you can do depends on whether you have paid.
Typical mistakes
A typo or truncated address, an address from another network (a 0x address for SOL), a clipboard-substituted address, or an exchange deposit address without its memo. Format checks catch some of these, but a valid-looking foreign address cannot be told apart from yours.
Before paying
Do not pay. Create a new order with the correct address; the unpaid one expires after an hour. Check the address in the address validator.
After paying
- If the payout has not been sent, contact support at once with the order number, deposit hash and correct address; a change is sometimes possible but not guaranteed.
- If it has been sent, read the payout hash and recipient. If it is your own address elsewhere, the funds are there.
- If the address belongs to someone else, the transfer cannot be undone.
Next time
Copy the address fresh from your wallet and compare it on the order page. Start a USDT to SOL swap on the USDT → SOL page; see also SOL addresses in Phantom.
Multi-chain wallets
Phantom, Trust Wallet and similar apps show several addresses under one seed. Copy the address from the row matching the payout network chosen in the order — a 0x address looks the same on Ethereum, BSC and Arbitrum.
Before paying, confirm that the payout network matches the wallet row, the address was pasted with the copy button, the first and last characters match, and any required memo is set. These checks take a minute; a wrong payout cannot be undone.
FAQ
Can I change the payout address after paying?
Only before the payout is sent, through support, and without a guarantee.
What if the payout went to a stranger's address?
It cannot be reversed; only the address owner can send it back.
