A wallet refusing to send a few cents of LTC is following the network's rules. Litecoin, like Bitcoin, tracks balances as UTXOs, and tiny outputs or many small inputs make a transfer uneconomic or non-standard.
Dust and input count
Litecoin Core does not relay outputs below a dust threshold defined in its relay policy. The fee depends on transaction size, so a balance made of dozens of small inputs costs more to spend, as explained in how inputs drive the fee.
What to do
- Check how many coins (inputs) make up the balance.
- When fees are low, send everything to a new address of your own to consolidate.
- Use "send max" so the wallet does not create dust change.

Remember that your wallet pays the fee for the LTC deposit and that the payout network fee is fixed, so its share is larger on small amounts. An order not paid within an hour expires; do not reuse its address.
