Why people still hold BCH they want to swap
Bitcoin Cash split from Bitcoin at block 478,558 on 1 August 2017. What matters is that you send BCH on the Bitcoin Cash network, not BTC. Sending bitcoin to a BCH deposit address would be a different-coin deposit and needs support to recover.
Forks of the fork
Bitcoin Cash itself split again in November 2018 (BSV) and November 2020 (eCash, XEC). Those are different coins. The swap accepts BCH only; if your wallet lists BSV or XEC balances from the same keys, they cannot be sent to this order.
