What to know about Alchemy Pay
ACH can mean two different things on a payment screen: the Alchemy Pay token or a bank payment method called ACH Transfer. Choosing the latter does not specify which cryptocurrency a purchase delivers. The exchange route here concerns the Ethereum ERC-20 token, not a bank instruction. Likewise, an Alchemy Pay ramp order and a token transfer have different records: the ramp provides an order history, while a broadcast Ethereum transaction has a transaction hash. If a previous purchase has not arrived, identify the platform that accepted that order before contacting support. Giving an exchange support team only an unrelated ramp order number instead of identifying the transfer involved.

No. ACH Transfer names a bank payment method in the Alchemy Pay payment-method guide. The cryptocurrency selected in the purchase is a separate field. Inspect the actual asset and network in the order confirmation.
Which record helps with an earlier purchase that has not arrived?
Find that purchase in the original ramp’s transaction history and contact the team responsible for it. An order ID identifies a purchase record; a blockchain transaction hash identifies an on-chain transaction. Explain which one you have.
Can I use an Alchemy Chain balance for an Ethereum deposit?
Do not treat the networks as interchangeable. A bridge described in project material does not establish that a particular receiving route accepts the source-chain balance. Follow the active deposit instruction and check the token contract.
