Repeating a swap by sending coins to the deposit address from a previous, completed order does not start a new swap.
Why each order has its own address
A swap deposit address is issued for one order: it tells the system which swap was paid, at what rate and where to send the result. After completion the order is closed and new deposits are not processed automatically. Exchange deposit addresses work differently — see old exchange deposit addresses.
What to do
- Do not send anything else to that address.
- Find the old order number and save the new transaction hash, network and amount.
- Contact support with these details and your address for a result or refund. The outcome depends on the provider and network and is not guaranteed; a network fee is deducted.
- For the next swap create a new order, for example on the LTC → BTC page.

Never save order deposit addresses in your address book and always copy the address from a fresh order page.
Why the wallet suggests old addresses
Wallets remember recent recipients, which makes it easy to reuse an order address by habit. Remove old order addresses from recent recipients and always create the order first, then copy the address from the new order page.
Before every swap: the order was just created and its page with the timer is open, the address was copied from that page, the amount and network match, and the order number is saved. If there is no open order page, there is nowhere to pay yet.
